You get a Landline Number. The Prisoner puts it on his list. Unlimited incoming calls to an APP. So as long as you have access to WiFi or data, you can be receiving yr call as long as you want.  Phone APP is free, and can also be installed on a Tablet/iPad/Laptop.

Who are we ?

We are a Community Interest Company. Set up by somebody who has been inside a cell for several years. Someone who knows the importance of a phone call but also how expensive they can become.

Why so cheap?

Absolutely. Before prison, the person who started the CIC ran a business as a Corporate Service Provider. Part of that  business supplied virtual lines / SIP trunks / Voip lines etc.  The self management 'log-in' portal is fully secure.

Not everything cheap has a catch. The only way this service may differ is that with most of the package options you control it yourself via a 'log-in' online portal.   Its not complicated, very simple, and gives you total control. Our support is via online message with all messages normally answered within a few hours.

Is it professional?

We do not work for profit and nobody gets a wage. We want to provide this as a service to Prisoners and their families, not to make money out of people in a bad situation.

If your phone package is "self service" and controlled by you online.  All you have to do is register, choose your number, and the number is activated within an hour. 

Lots. From London to Liverpool, Edinburgh to Exeter, Manchester to Maidenhead.  We will probably have your local area code. 

WE dont advertise as this costs money. Money that we would have to add onto our service and onto your bill;. But, if you are reading this you have finally found us.

Totally. We have not had any 'down-time' or performance issues since we started. All SIP trunks (phone lines) are secure and unlike some providers we have more than enough to provide a consistent service.

How long does it take to set up?

Yes. we are currently offering a 2 week free trial on the Virtual landline - App. You are welcome to register, get your number, then receive calls for free for 2 weeks on the APP. If you don't like it, that's no problem. You can leave it when the free trial is over.  

Time it correctly and you can get free unlimited calls through Christmas and New Year
